ARCADIAN SALES is a franchised distributor and value-added reseller of electronic component solutions for today’s “connected” world.
We are NOT a general line distributor or a broker. We are a “niche” distributor, a specialist. We firmly believe in the intrinsic value of distribution, a value that can be appreciated by all of our valued partners…customers, component manufacturers and the local manufacturer’s representatives.
ARCADIAN SALES was founded on a single, simple, vision.

You see, Pareto’s Law implies that 80% of a company’s revenue comes from 20% of it’s customers. In the world of electronic components, this means that component manufacturers’ are compelled to focus the majority of their resources supporting a few strategic customers on a “direct” basis. We agree that this is a sound and successful business strategy, but it leaves many would-be customers suffering from a lack of attention, and fails to adequately build a component manufacturers customer base for the future.
At ARCADIAN SALES our business was built around bringing the products of these innovative component manufacturers to the “other 80%” of the customers.
ARCADIAN SALES. How we do it...
Currently, we have two offices servicing our international customer base. One in the United States and one in Hong Kong, and our customers choose the location that works best for their unique needs.
We do NOT have a traditional outside sales force that knocks on doors, and hands out catalogs.
We partner with the local manufacturer’s reps, the experts “on the ground” in each geography that we cover, and allow them to do what they do best… introduce the product in their territory and “create demand.” ARCADIAN SALES’ role is to take it from there, to “nurture, fulfill, and retain that demand.”
We take referrals from the component manufacturers and local reps, and do whatever is necessary to

We provide technical assistance, arrange for samples, provide accurate price and delivery quotes, coordinate follow up between the customer, rep and manufacturer, take orders large and small, offer value added customizing capabilities, and offer innovative inventory management solutions.
